The Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions to enhance citizen satisfaction, ensure accessibility to justice bodies, and provide prompt, on-site consideration of appeals submitted by citizens residing in the regions.
On July 28, a video reception was held for residents of districts falling under the jurisdiction of the Khachmaz, Sumgayit, Ganja, Imishli, Barda, Shaki, and Goychay regional justice departments; the event was organized by the Ministry’s Department for Document Circulation and Work with Citizens' Appeals and the regional justice departments, and was conducted by Mubariz Ahmadov, Deputy Minister of Justice.
During the video reception, appeals from 16 citizens concerning the activities of the Enforcement Service, the Main Department for Work with Municipalities, the Main Department for Supervision over the Execution of Sentences, and the Investigation Department were heard. The citizens were provided with detailed explanations regarding the requirements of the legislation, and the appeals submitted during the reception were taken under control for the necessary measures to be taken.
Citizens residing in the regions can register for video receptions by submitting a request to qebul@justice.gov.az or contacting the Ministry's regional justice departments.
