An oath-taking ceremony was held for 35 newly recruited employees who had applied in response to previously published vacancy announcements and successfully completed all stages of the selection process. The recruitment aimed to fill vacant positions within the Guard Regiment and penitentiary institutions of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice, while ensuring transparency throughout the process.
The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played at the event, and the cherished memory of those who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan was honoured with a minute of silence.
Deputy Minister of Justice and Head of the Penitentiary Service Mirsaleh Seyidov conveyed the congratulations of Minister of Justice Farid Ahmadov to the employees who had been appointed as warrant officers and to junior commanding staff positions and awarded the corresponding special ranks. He wished them success in their future service and encouraged them to uphold the honourable title of a justice officer.
The newly recruited employees stated that they would make every effort to justify the trust placed in them and always uphold the honourable title of a justice officer.
At the end of the ceremony, the employees solemnly took the oath and were presented with their official service identification cards.
