The Ministry of Justice is taking consistent measures to improve the quality of legal services provided to the public and to recruit qualified legal professionals into the notary corps.
The Qualification Commission of the Ministry of Justice announces the next open competition for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with higher legal education who wish to obtain a certificate to engage in notarial activities on a professional basis and meet the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Notariat”.
The first stage of the competition — a test examination — will be conducted on computers in cooperation with the State Examination Center. Candidates will be informed of their results immediately after the examination.
In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, candidates who achieve the required passing score in the test examination will be admitted to the next stage — an interview.
