On September 30, at the initiative of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Turkey Abdulhamit Gul, a telephone conversation took place between the Ministers of Justice of Turkey and Azerbaijan.
During the talks, A. Gul condemned Armenia's military provocation against friendly and brotherly Azerbaijan, stressed that Turkey stands with our country and people in this fight for Justice and it is a tireless supporter and defender of Azerbaijan's rights under the international law.
Minister of Justice of Azerbaijan Fikrat Mammadov, emphasizing the strong brotherly position of the Turkish state and all Turkish people under the leadership of the President Rejeb Tayyip Erdogan, thanked his Turkish counterpart for the unequivocal support of Azerbaijan. He noted that this support is a clear manifestation of the fact that the words "one nation, two states" are implemented not only in words but also in deeds.
He said that, as stated by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Turkey is not only a friend but also a brotherly country for us, and these days, which is a moment of truth for our people, Turkey, as always, stands by Azerbaijan.
During the conversation, they also expressed satisfaction with the high level of relations between the two countries in the legal field and noted the effective cooperation.
