Tender is held on 1 Lot:
The pretenders, who intend to participate in the tender, are offered to get detailed information about the tender by entering the state purchases single internet Portal through electron signature (or “ASAN signature”) www.etender.gov.az. In order to execute the contract, the bidders should have necessary financial and technical resources.
Those wishing to participate in the tender can get a set of basic terms prepared in Azerbaijani through the Portal after transferring the following amount on lot to the mentioned account.

Participation fee is not returned in any case.
Bidders must submit the following documents via Portal to participate in the tender:
1. Written application for participating in the tender;
2. Document certifying that the bidder has the power to participate in the tender and conclude the procurement contract;
3. Copy of the document about payment of tender participation fee;
4. Bid proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days after the envelope is opened);
5. Bank guarantee in the amount of 1% of the bid price (must be valid at least 60 banking days after the envelope is opened);
6. Reference from the relevant tax authority on the absence of overdue obligations on taxes and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
7. Copy of the applicant's financial statement for the past year approved by the tax authorities;
8. Bank certificate on applicant's financial status for the last year;
9. Applicant's full name, legal status, country of registration of the Articles of Association and requisites (with notarial certification);
10. Applicants' certificates of origin and compliance for their respective products;
11. Official information about the bidder's experience in analogous works, potential technical and human resources;
12. Licenses issued by the relevant central executive body.
Documents should be drawn up in Azerbaijani (documents in foreign language should be translated into Azerbaijani).
Bidders may address the questions on tender to the tendering agencies through the Portal.
The tender procedure will be conducted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”.
For participating in the tender bidders must submit the abovementioned documents (excluding bid proposal and bank guarantee) by 11:00 on 16.03.2020 and bid proposal and bank guarantee by 15.00 on 31.03.2020 through the Portal.
The pretenders’ bids will be opened electronically via the Portal at 11.00 on 01.04.2020.
Pretenders can be acquainted with the results of the tender through the Portal.
