In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Participation” and the “Regulation on the Election of the Public Council by Civil Society Institutions”, approved by the Resolution No.171 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 30, 2014, elections for the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice were held on April 21, 2025. As a result of these elections, conducted with the participation of representatives of civil society institutions, a seven-member Public Council was established.
