In order to improve state management and regulation in the field of forensic examination, ensure compliance of forensic examination activities with international standards, as well as to develop unified standards in the relevant field and promote their application, and strengthen human resources capacity, the Forensic Examination Council was established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 243 dated August 7, 2024, operating on an advisory basis.
