The "Mobile Enforcement" application, developed through data exchange with the "Electronic Enforcement" information system, enables citizens, including individuals and legal entities (claimants and debtors), to access all necessary information related to enforcement proceedings. The application allows users to track the status of enforcement cases, view the list of procedural documents related to enforcement proceedings, monitor imposed restrictions (such as seizure of property, lifting of restrictions on the right to leave the country, and other measures), and review the results of enforcement actions carried out by enforcement officers. It also aims to minimize citizen–official interaction, establish public oversight over enforcement officers, enable electronic payments related to enforcement proceedings and tracking of payment history, and make transparency and accountability accessible to citizens.
