Reception Days
Citizens are received at the administrative building of the Ministry of Justice (Address: 1 Inshatchilar Avenue, Baku) on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding the lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Reception is provided by the Citizens’ Reception Division of the Department for Document Management and Work with Citizens’ Applications. Note: The Minister of Justice receives citizens in Baku on the Wednesday of the second week of each month.
