Tender is held on 2 Lots:
LOT-1 Purchase of storage and development and rendering of technical support to the automated systems, information and communication technologies and network infrastructure used by the structural organizations of the Ministry of Justice.
LOT-2 Purchase of storage and development and rendering of technical support to the automated systems, information and communication technologies and network infrastructure used by the courts, which are financed by the Ministry.
Period for supply of goods, works and services – The bidders should submit their tender offers in sealed, signed form in double envelopes in written form during 2019.
The bidders should possess necessary financial ability and technical indications for executing the contract.
Persons, who want to attend the tender, may get a collection of main terms drawn up in Azerbaijani from the Finance and guaranty department of the Ministry of Justice at the address: 1, Inshaatchilar avenue, Baku city after transferring fee for participation to the account as mentioned below (coordinator: Eyvazova Sevda Nariman, tel: 492-62-35).

The pretenders should submit the following documents for participating in the tender:
- Application for participation in tender;
- Bank document on payment of fee for participation in tender;
- Tender offer (should be effective within 30 days after opening of the envelopes);
- Bank guaranty in the amount of 1% of the value of tender offer (should be effective within 60 days after opening of the envelopes);
- Certificate of relative state authority about absence of expired obligations on taxes and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Copy of the financial report approved by the tax bodies about activity of the pretender during the last one year;
- Bank reference about financial status of the pretender during the last one year;
- Pretender’s full name, articles of association (for legal persons), registration requisites;
- Certificates of correspondence for relative goods;
- Availability of professionalism, experience, technical and financial abilities, man power, managerial skills and reliability in relative field for provision of execution of the purchase contract;
- Qualification certificate issued to the specialists on rendering technical service by the manufacturer of those equipment;
- Certificate about encumbrance over the property;
- Certificate about payment-oriented mortgage;
- Certificate about non-termination of commercial activity by the decision of the court.
The documents should be drawn up in Azerbaijani in two copies (original and copy). (Tender offers in foreign language should be transferred into Azerbaijani).
Tender process will be held in accordance with the requirements of the Law “On state purchases”.
The pretenders shall submit the above-mentioned documents for participation in tender (excluding tender offer and bank guaranty) to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan at 1, Inshaatchilar avenue, Baku city until 17:00 o’clock, 17.07.2019, but tender offer and bank guaranty in sealed double envelope until 17:00, 25.07.2019.
Envelopes submitted later than the mentioned date will be returned back without opening. The offers of the pretenders will be opened in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the mentioned address at 11:00 o’clock in 26.07.2019.
Pretenders’ competent representatives may participate in the session of the tender commission.
