on storage and development of the informations systems, appropriate equipment and network infrastructure on appliance of electron control means over the prisoners during a year, as well as on purchase of services for rendering technical support to them

In accordance with the requirements of the Article 50-1.1 of the Law, the tender procedure is carried out only through e-procurement with the participation of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship subjects, using the open tender method. Bidders are invited to visit the single web portal of public procurement https: //www/etender.gov.az and get detailed information about the tender.

Shippers wishing to participate in the tender can obtain a Set of Basic Terms in the Azerbaijani language through the portal and submit their bids electronically after transferring the participation fee in the specified amount on the lot to the following account.

The pretenders should submit the following documents for participating in the tender:

- Application for participation in tender;

- Bank document on payment of fee for participation in tender;

- Tender offer (should be effective within 30 days after opening of the

envelopes);

- Bank guaranty in the amount of 1% of the value of tender offer (should be effective within 60 days after opening of the envelopes);

- Certificate on absence of taxes and other obligatory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan, compulsory state social insurance and unemployment insurance premiums as of the current date and non-fulfillment of taxpayer's obligations established by the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the last year (excluding the period of suspension);

- Copy of the financial report approved by the tax bodies about activity of the pretender during the last one year (profit tax declaration);

- Bank reference about financial status of the pretender during the last one year;

- Pretender’s full name, legal status, articles of association, extract from state registry, certificate, country of registration and requisites;

- Availability of professionalism, experience, technical and financial abilities, man power, managerial skills and reliability in relative field for provision of execution of the purchase contract, qualification certificate issued to the specialists on rendering technical service by the manufacturer of those equipment;

The documents should be drawn up in Azerbaijani (Tender offers in foreign language should be translated into Azerbaijani).

The tender procedure will be conducted electronically through a single Internet portal (www.etender.gov.az) in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement". Bidders may address questions related to the tender to the procuring entity in the relevant section of the single internet portal.

The pretenders shall submit the above-mentioned documents for participation in tender (excluding tender offer and bank guaranty) through the portal until 10:00 o’clock, 01.06.2020, but tender offer and bank guaranty until 18:00, 09.06.2020.

The offers of the pretenders will be opened through the portal at 10:00 o’clock in 10.06.2020. Bidders can get acquainted with the results of the opening through the portal.

Note: Participation in the tender, tender evaluation, correspondence, questions and answers and other procedures are carried out only electronically through a single Internet portal.
