The state youth policy, laid down by the national leader Heydar Aliyev, is being successfully implemented under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. Favorable opportunities are created for the comprehensive development of Azerbaijani youth and active participation in all spheres of society.
In accordance with the state policy, youth are also widely represented in the justice authorities, treated with special care, and purposeful efforts are being made to make them a decent public servant, to effectively use their knowledge, skills and potential. The employment of young people has been in focus, and over the past 15 years, about 2,300 young people have been admitted to service based on regular competitions in the open environment with the participation of civil society and the media, and today they are successfully operating in various areas of the judiciary.
As a continuation of the works done in this area, the Competition Commission for admission to justice authorities announces the next open competition in order to complete the vacant staff units with the new generation of lawyers for the Ministry’s Local Execution and Probation bodies in the regions, as well as in registry offices (except Baku and Sumgayit cities, Absheron region).
In this regard, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with higher legal education who meet the requirements of the Law on “Passing service in the justice authorities” and who wish to work in the specified local bodies are invited to the competition.
Applications for participation in the competition will be made available through an electronic service called "Registration of a candidate for participation in the competition on admission to service in justice authorities". The first stage of the competition - the test exam will be held on the computer together with the State Examination Center and the information on the results will be immediately available to the candidates.
Lawyers must fill in and approve an application form from August 20 of the current year benefiting from the Ministry's website (www.exidmet.justice.gov.az) or through the e-government portal (www.e-gov.az) to participate in the competition. All registered candidates have their own electronic cabinets and are
informed of their applications. Candidate can also get information on the course of competition from his electronic cabinet besides the mass media.
Applications may also be submitted by post, as well as through regional justice offices.
The collection and verification of other necessary documents of successful candidates will be made after this phase, and those who meet the legal requirements will be admitted to the second round - interview.
The Memory Book on preparation for the exam, as well as the Instruction on use of computer in the test exam will be posted on the ministry's website in the "Admission to Service" section and in the candidates' e-cabinets, at the same time these documents will be submitted to the applicants of the regional justice offices.
It is reported that, for the lawyers participating in this competition, special courses will be held at the Academy of Justice to help them prepare for the test exams and interview process and achieve excellent results.
