There are held open contests continuously for the purpose of consolidation of justice authorities with new-generation lawyers with modern thought having healthy morality, high training and professionalism.
Taking into consideration the need for professional personnel for completing current vacancies, the Contest Commission declares the next open contest.
The vacant duties on the contest are especially in probation, execution and registration services, as well as in regional justice administrations.
The citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with high legal education meeting the requirements mentioned in the article 4 of the Law “About passing service in justice authorities” are invited to the contest.
Acceptance of applications for participating in the first stage of the contest – test exams is realized through electron service “Registration of the candidate for participating in the contest for admittance to the service in justice authorities”. The applications may be sent by mail.
The lawyers who wish to participate in the contest should fill and certify the application form through electron service in internet page of the Ministry (www.exidment.justice.gov.az) or “Electron government” portal (www.e-gov.az) from December 20, 2018. There are established individual electron cabinets for all registered candidates and they are informed about reception of the applications. The candidate may get the information about the course and results of the contest via mass media, as well as from electron cabinet.
Collection and checkup of the necessary documents of the candidates who passed successfully the test exam will be realized after this stage and the candidates
meeting the requirements specified by the legislation will be passed to the second stage-conversation.
“Memory book” with relate to preparation for the exam will be replaced in “Admittance to the service” section of the internet page of the Ministry and electron cabinets of the candidates, as well as these documents will be presented to the applicants applied to the local justice organizations.
It is hereby informed that, there will be organized free training courses in the Justice Academy of the Ministry for the lawyers who will participate in the contest for the purpose of helping them in perfect preparation to the test exam and conversation stage and getting highest results.
