In line with the state youth policy, measures are being taken to strengthen the staff of the Ministry of Justice with a new generation of young professionals, and open competitions are held under clearness conditions.
The Volunteers Institute is also widely promoted to encourage young people to work in these bodies, to create conditions for employment and to formalize human resources.
The Competition Commission of the Ministry of Justice reports that, individual interview was held in the second stage with 35 lawyers succeeding in computer-based test exam held with first-group candidates on the completion announced and having continuous character for the purpose of completing the vacant staff units of the local law enforcement and probation bodies, as well as registration offices (excluding Baku and Sumgayit cities, Absheron district) of the Ministry of Justice with trained lawyers.
At this stage, which was attended by representatives of non-governmental organizations, 18 people passed the contest by collecting the required passage points and the Competition Commission made a decision to involve these candidates in the compulsory training on the basis of a special program from February 17 at the Academy of Justice.
The lawyers who have successfully passed the exam on the results of training will be considered for admission to the justice authorities by issuing them a certificate of employment.
Candidates for participating in the compulsory training must be present at the Academy at 10:00 a.m. on 17.02.2020 (158, Vidadi Street, Baku city, tel: 493-71-31).

At the same time, the Competition Commission informs that, the reception of applications from citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with higher legal education, who wish to work in the local institutions of the Ministry in the regions, are continued, and after formation of the next relative number of group of candidates, the State Examination Centre will hold computer test exams with them.
