In a continued effort to boost citizen satisfaction, ensure greater accessibility to justice institutions, and address appeals from residents in the regions promptly and on-site, the Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions.
Throughout June, with the organization of the Ministry’s Department for Document Management and Work with Citizens’ Applications, together with regional justice departments, video receptions were held for residents in the jurisdictions of the Barda, Ganja, Goychay, Imishli, Lankaran, Shaki, Shamkir, Sumgayit, Shirvan, and Khachmaz regional justice departments. These sessions were conducted by the leadership of the Medical Department General, Department General for Work with Municipalities, Enforcement Service, Department General for Supervision over the Execution of Punishments, Department for Human Resources, and Department for Investigation.
During the video receptions, applications from 53 citizens on various areas of the Ministry’s activities were heard. Citizens were provided with detailed explanations of legal requirements, and the appeals submitted during the sessions were taken under control for necessary action.
