As previously announced, the written examination for candidates participating in the competition for recruitment to the position of state enforcement officer will be held on July 12, 2026.
Each candidate must obtain their examination admission ticket by registering on the official website of the State Examination Center and paying the relevant fee by July 1, 2026.
The examination will be administered via computer at the electronic examination building of the State Examination Center, located at 50 S. S. Akhundov Street, Binagadi District, Baku, and will commence at the time indicated on the admission ticket.
Pursuant to Paragraphs 1.7.1–1.7.4 of the "Regulations on the Rules for Conducting Competitions and Interviews for Candidates Seeking Admission to Service in Justice Authorities," approved by Decree No. 673 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 13, 2007, the following individuals are exempt from the written examination stage of the competition:
- Persons working in positions in the prosecution or other law enforcement agencies for which special or military ranks are envisaged;
- Persons holding administrative positions in civil service within other government authorities;
- Persons holding a Doctor of Sciences degree in the field of law;
- Former judges.
