The Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan announces that candidates who are exempt from the written examination stage of the recruitment process for State Enforcement Officer positions, and who wish to participate in the interview stage, must submit the required documents by July 24, 2026.
Pursuant to Paragraph 2.7 of the "Rules on Conducting the Competition and Compulsory Training for Recruitment of State Enforcement Officers to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan," the following documents must be submitted to the Human Resources Department:
- Standardized Application Form;
- Copy of Identity Card;
- Personal Personnel Registration Sheet;
- Curriculum Vitae (CV);
- Notarized copy of the higher education diploma (for candidates who graduated from foreign universities, a notarized copy of the certificate on professional recognition of foreign higher education qualifications);
- Employment record/history:
- For candidates with prior work experience: an official extract regarding employment contracts from the "Labor and Employment" subsystem of the Centralized Electronic Information System of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
- For cases falling under Article 7, Paragraph 2-1 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and for employment contracts terminated prior to July 1, 2014: a notarized copy of the labor book, or a copy certified by the employer.
- (Note: This requirement does not apply to first-time job seekers).
- Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Department General of the Ministry of Justice;
- Military service documentation: A notarized copy of the military ID, alongside a document from the local branch of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan confirming active military service and registration, or appropriate documentation proving a deferment or exemption from active military service;
- Photographs: Four (4) color photographs of 4x6 cm size, and two (2) color photographs of 3x4 cm size.
Candidates whose submitted documents fully comply with the statutory requirements set forth by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Service in Justice Authorities" will be eligible to proceed to the second stage of the competition; the interview.
