Minister of Justice Farid Ahmadov will receive citizens in Khankendi on October 2, 2026.
Residents of Lachin, Shusha, Aghdara, Khojaly and Khojavand districts, as well as Khankendi, will be received.
Citizens wishing to attend the reception may register by contacting the Ministry of Justice at +994 12 510 10 01 (extension 10941) by October 1, during official working days and hours, regarding matters related to the Ministry’s areas of activity.
Citizens may also register by email at qebul@justice.gov.az or via the “Reception of Citizens at Justice Bodies” service available under the “Electronic Services” section of the Ministry’s official website.
Citizens are requested to register in advance and bring their identity cards with them.
Those registered for the reception will be informed in advance of the venue and time of the reception.
