The Competition Commission for Private Enforcement Officers announces the commencement of the second stage of the competition for candidates who successfully passed the test examination held on 12 June 2026 for individuals wishing to engage in private enforcement activities, as well as candidates exempted from the test examination.
Interviews with candidates meeting the requirements established by the Law “On Private Enforcement Officers” will commence on 14 September 2026.
The interviews will be conducted individually at the administrative building of the Ministry of Justice (address: 1 Inshaatchilar Avenue, Baku), and each candidate will be informed in advance of the date and time of their interview.
In accordance with the legislation, candidates who successfully pass the competition will be admitted, on a contractual basis, to a three-month initial mandatory training and internship at the Justice Academy of the Ministry.
Persons who have served for at least three years in positions carrying special ranks within the body directly supervising the activities of enforcement officers of the Ministry, or as state enforcement officers, shall be exempt from the initial mandatory training and internship, except for office management and accounting training.
Upon completion of the initial mandatory training, persons who successfully pass the assessment and complete the internship plan will be awarded a certificate by the Ministry.
