In 2020, relevant measures were taken to ensure that employees working in justice bodies complied with service discipline, including the rules of ethical conduct.

During the year, 252 employees were held disciplinarily liable for violations of labour discipline, executive discipline, and the rules of ethical conduct. 19 individuals were dismissed from their positions, 13 of whom were dismissed from service in justice bodies. Materials concerning 3 employees were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for legal assessment due to acts that gave rise to indications of corruption-related offences.

As part of preventive measures aimed at ensuring strict compliance with the rules of ethical conduct, particular attention was also given to the education and training of employees. In 2020, 311 employees participated in relevant courses at the Academy of Justice. In accordance with the special quarantine regime introduced in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, training was primarily conducted online.
