The amount of the advance on the standard fee of a special enforcement officer

1. This Document was prepared in accordance with Article 26.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Special Enforcement Officers” and determines the amount of the advance on the standard fee of special enforcement officers.

2. In accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Special Enforcement Officers”, the standard fee must be advanced by the claimant before the enforcement proceedings begin.

3. The amount of the advance on the standard fee is calculated as follows:

3.1. in the amount of 20 percent of the fixed part of the standard fee in the enforcement documents on the monetary claim, but not more than 5,000 manats;

3.2. in the amount of 15 percent of the fixed part of the standard fee calculated on the initial payable amount in the enforcement documents on periodic payments, and if a debt arose when the enforcement document was sent for enforcement, in the amount of 15 percent of the fixed part of the standard fee calculated on the amount of that debt;

3.3. in the amount of 50 percent of the fixed part of the standard fee in other enforcement documents.
