The urgent execution of the duties coming from the Decree “On deepening of reforms in the judicial-legal system” signed by the President Mr. Ilham Aliyev on April 3 was started and concrete measures were defined by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the commissions given for study of international experience with relate to increase of efficiency of execution of court decisions in the Decree of the head of state, enhancement of application of “Electron execution” information system and commissioning of alternative execution mechanisms, including execution to private organizations, the delegation consisting of the leaders and judges of the Ministry of Justice was in an acquaintance visit in Lithuania.
During the visit they became acquainted with the Lithuanian experience on application of “Electron court” and “Electron execution” information systems and activity of private execution organizations. There were held meetings with the vice-minister acting as a minister of justice of Lithuania temporarily Zydrunas Plytnikas, chairman of the Supreme Court Rimvydas Norkus, chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court Ramunas Gadliauskas, director of National Court Administration Reda Moliene, chief of the Department on Private Execution Organizations of the Ministry of Justice Jolita Sinkeviciute and other officials. There were held presentations and useful debates about judicial system of Lithuania, specific characteristics of executive service work, functionalisms of electron systems used in judicial and execution field.
There was made exchange of useful ideas and experience about the reforms made in the justice and judicial system of both of the countries, mutual interest was paid to the achievements gained and innovations applied in this filed.
The delegation was informed about issue of licences to the officials on organization and execution of activity of private execution organizations in Lithuania on the basis of the competition held in the Ministry of Justice, consideration of executive documents and complaints entered into execution, mechanism of provision and realization of executive actions via electron system and they got acquainted with the legislative acts in this field.
