At the invitation of the Russian Federal Chamber of Notary, the delegation consisting of the chairman of the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan Huseyn Mammadov, the chief adviser of the Registration and Notary General Department of the Ministry of Justice Zeynab Dunyamaliyeva and private notary Kanan Rahmanov attended the international seminar held in Saint-Petersburg on the theme of “Inheritance: Russia and foreign experience”.
Discussions were made around the subject in the seminar which was attended by the notaries of the Chambers of Notary of Russian Federation, including Austria, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Serbia, Tajikistan.
The President of the Russian Federal Chamber of Notary Konstantin Korsik, Presidents of the province and city Notary Chambers of Saint Petersburg, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Justice, teachers of Russian, St. Petersburg and Ural State Universities, Representative of the Supreme Notary Council of France in Russia Antuan Dejua, the honorable notary of German Federal Chamber of Notary Richard Bokk made speeches at the event.
The participants gave information on the experience of their countries, Azerbaijan representative Z. Dunyamaliyeva spoke with the lecture on “Registration of inheritance law. International-legal aspects of the inheritance law”, and the questions were answered in the seminar.
