The level of development of the notary's activity and the introduction of services in new model as a result of application of innovative solutions in this area are of great interest to the notary bodies of foreign countries, and various delegations regularly attend seminars in our country to study the experience of Azerbaijan.
The next such seminars were held for Russian notaries in September and October of the current year.
The seminars named “Tendencies in the development of notaries in the example of Azerbaijan” provided detailed information on the notary services that provide more reliable protection of civil rights as a result of improvement in accessibility, efficiency and distance.
The seminars highlighted modern methods, including video notary services, the use of mobile notaries, electronic registration of property rights through the "Electron Notary" information system, and the possibility of issuing relevant extracts to citizens, realization of contract obligations in simplified electron form on the basis of the notary’s executive note.
There were also shown for the guests the mobile bags with direct access to the information system, which are equipped with the necessary equipment for the increase of demand for mobile services and for the satisfaction of the public.
During the seminar, the electron services placed in the General Department of Registration and Notary, including the mechanism of getting information in real time as a result of integration of information systems were demonstrated to the Russian notaries.
During the discussion, the sides discussed the perspectives of mutual cooperation and issues of interest in the notary sector.
