There was held the XI International Information Technologies Forum in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russian Federation on June 11-12.

The official representative of the Registration and Notary General Department of the Ministry of Justice Zaur Hasanov, private notaries of our country Huseyn Mammadov, Suleyman Mammadov and Dayanat Taghiyev participated in the event, which was attended by the notaries and information system administrators of Russia, Austria, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

The councilor of the president of Federal Chamber of Notary Mikhail Mukovozov spoke in the opening of the seminar held for the notaries and system administrators within the framework of the forum and noted the importance of the event, emphasized the role of digitalization in the notarial field, gave information about appliance of innovations and development perspectives in Russian notary.

Russian experts’ lectures on protection of data kept in information systems, enlargement of exchange of data with other information resources, appliance of electron signature in notarial activity, organization of video-registration of some notarial acts in the future were heard in the event, and exchange of ideas on information systems applied in notary of attending countries was held at the event.

Visual presentation was made on the opportunities of Azerbaijan's “Electron Notary” information system, its exchange of information with other information resources, the exceptional importance of application of new technologies in the registration of notarial actions. The achievements of our country in this field, simple and quick realization of notarial acts, electron justice kiosk, mobile notary bag, mobile notary office, which allowed provision of distant services to ensure the population’s satisfaction was welcomed by the participants with great interest.

For the purpose of prevention of violation of citizens’ property rights by using fake e-signature as a result of cybercrime in Russia recent years, the alienation of real estate and the necessity of the implementation of these contracts by the notary public were widely discussed within the framework of the event.

The delegation of our country also participated in the First Central Asian International Notary Conference on "Principles of the Latin notary system" and "Digital technologies in the modern notary system" held in Nur-Sultan city, Kazakhstan on June 13-14.

President of the Commission Franz Leopold, as well as representatives of the Ministries of Justice of Russia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Lithuania, Austria, Slovenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, heads and members of notary offices, as well as notaries attended the

event, which was organized by Kazakhstan Chamber of Notary jointly with the International Commission of the International Notary's Union.

At the conference, the participants exchanged views and heard lectures on the advanced principles of the Latin notary system, the role of the notary in European law, the creation of stable notary systems in the transformation economy, types of electronic governance in the notary activity and digitalization.

Large presentation about the reforms in the field of notary in Azerbaijan, the electron services provided to the population and the innovations applied was demonstrated in the event and the achievements of our country in this field were highly evaluated by the heads of German Federal and Kazakhstan Chambers of Notary.
