The participation fee is not refundable in any case.
To participate in the tender, bidders must submit the following organizational and legal documents through the Portal in the approved manner.
1. Bank document on payment of participation fee in the tender;
2. Full name of the bidder, legal status, country of registration of the charter and requisites (certified in notarial form);
3. Tender proposal (must be valid for at least 30 banking days from the date of opening the envelopes);
4. Bank guarantee in the amount of 1% of the tender proposal value (must be valid for at least 60 banking days from the date of bid opening);
5. Certificate from the relevant tax authority on the absence of overdue obligations on taxes and other obligatory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
6. A copy of the financial report of the bidder on its activity for the last year, approved by the tax authorities;
7. Bank statement on the financial condition (turnover) of the bidder for the last year;
8. Official certificate from the Ministry of Taxes on the number of employees, property, equipment, necessary technical capabilities of the bidder;
9. Official information on the bidder's experience in similar work, potential technical and personnel capabilities;
10. Special consent (license) issued to the bidder to carry out the relevant type of activity.
Documents must be prepared in the Azerbaijani language. Bidders may address tender questions to the procuring entity through the Portal. The tender procedure will be conducted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement" through the single internet portal of public procurement - www.etender.gov.az.
Bidders must submit documents on qualification indicators to participate in the tender in 08.07.2021 until 11.00, and the bank guarantee with the tender proposal must be submitted through the Portal until 17.00 in 16.07.2021. Bidders' proposals will be opened in 19.07.2021 at 11.00 through the electronic portal.
Bidders can get acquainted with the results of the tender through the Portal.
