The Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, basing on the paragraph 17 of part I of the Article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decides:

Article 139-1. Violation of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes
139-1.1. When the violation of the anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygienic or quarantine regimes causes the spread of diseases or poses a real threat to the spread of diseases -
is punished by the penalty at a rate of two thousand five hundred manats to five thousand manats or restriction of the liberty for the term up to three years or imprisonment for the term up to three years.
139-1.2. When the same actions cause death or other serious consequences due to carelessness -
is punished by imprisonment for a term from three to five years”.
