The Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, basing on the paragraph 17 of part I of the Article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decides:

1. In Article 43.1, to add the figures “211” after the figures “204-208”.
2. To issue the article 211 in the following edition:
Article 211. Violation of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes
For violation of anti-epidemic, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes –
natural persons shall be fined in the amount of from one hundred to two hundred manats, officials from one thousand five hundred manats to two thousand manats, or depending on the circumstances of the case, depending on the identity of the offender, administrative detention is applied for up to one month, legal entities shall be fined in the amount of from two thousand to five thousand manats.
3. On the article 388-1:
3.1. In the title of the article and in the disposition of Article 388-1.1.1 after the word “in reserve” to add the words “or in the information-telecommunication network”;
3.2. In the disposition of Article 388-1.1 after the word “owner” to add the words “or user of information-telecommunication network”;
3.3. To issue a sanction of the article 388-1.1 in the following edition:
“natural persons shall be fined in the amount of from five hundred to thousand manats, officials from one thousand manats to one thousand five hundred manats, or depending on the circumstances of the case, depending on the identity of the offender, administrative detention is applied for up to one month, legal entities shall be fined in the amount of from one thousand five hundred manats to two thousand manats”.
