Vice-minister of Justice Toghrul Musayev met with the Chairman of Belarus College of Advocates, Member of Parliament Viktor Chaychits, who was in Azerbaijan.
The Vice-minister noting the friendship and effective cooperation relations between our countries stressed the special role of the President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev and the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in development of these relations and stated that, the state of Belarus showed always fair and principal position in solution of problems with relate to Armenia-Azerbaijan Daghlig Garabagh conflict within the international legal frame.
As well as there was stressed the important endowment of conclusion of new Agreement about cooperation among the ministries of Justice last year, high-level visits and delegation exchange to the mutual activity in the legal field, there was disputed about the reform of advocacy institution and there was emphasized the special importance of the Order of the president about improvement of activity in this field on February 22, 2018.
The quest expressed his satisfaction from the visit to Azerbaijan and stressed the successful development of relations between our nations in different directions, noted the significance of enlargement of cooperation between the Bars, which is serving for protection of citizens’ rights. V. Chaychits expressed his will to use Azerbaijan practice in this field by showing interest to the measures made for development of advocacy institution.
It was stated in the meeting during the visit that, the signing of document between two structures will stimulate the development of the mutual activity, there was made useful exchange of ideas and practice for development of advocacy, election procedure and training of attorneys in Justice Academy and for rendering of qualitative legal support to the population.
The Chairman of the College of Advocates of Azerbaijan Anar Baghirov took part in the event.
The quests got acquainted with the History museum of Azerbaijan Justice, which 100th anniversary will be celebrated this year.
