On August 10, 2019 the employees of Barda Regional Justice Department held a seminar in Mustafaaghali municipality of Barda region for the purpose of legal enlightenment of the members and employees of Mustafaaghali, Mashadiibishli and Mollali municipalities.
Lectures were made by the employees of the Regional Justice Department in the seminar on the themes of “Participation of the municipalities in execution of strategic road map”, “Ethical behavior in local self-government”, “Provision of legality in management of municipal lands”, “Rights and duties of municipalities in the field of keeping, management, improvement and transfer of cemeteries” and on other subjects, the requirements of legislation on the mentioned matters and the rights and duties of municipalities were explained in detail, as well as the questions interested the attenders were answered in the seminar.
