The reforms and innovations carried out are widely lightened by placing emphasis on legal enlightenment of population by the Ministry of Justice, regular notification of public about justice and judicial activity, there are organized briefings, seminar-conferences, other enlightening events on the activity directions and duties of the ministry by presence of mass media.
There was held enlightening seminar on the theme of “Main functions of the Registration and Notary General Department” by presence of the associates of the ministry, Justice and ASAN volunteers, students of the law faculty of Baku State University and SABAH Groups.
At the event with the participation of more than 70 listeners, there was given detailed information about registration and notarial activity of the ministry, applied information-communication technologies, electron systems and other registers, the attenders spoke on the themes “Appliance of innovations in the justice system”, “Controls in the field of entrepreneurship” and “Importance of mediation services in saving family and marital relations”.
It was informed that, the amendments made to the Law “About Notary” adopted on November of the past year by the legislative initiation of the President Mr. Ilham Aliyev, created opportunities for appliance of more modern technologies and innovations. There were prepared special mobile bags of the notaries, supplied with modern equipment and having direct access to the “Electron notary” information system and electron justice kiosk was put into operation with relate to raise of demand for distant services and for the purpose of provision of satisfaction of population.
The attenders were also informed about reforms realized in the field of entrepreneurship, register of controls in this field, exclusive importance of the Decree of the head of state “On deepening of the reforms in the judicial-legal system” on April 3, 2019 in simplification of appeals to the courts by the entrepreneurs.
At the same time, there was noted social importance of the psychologists’ mediation services serving for saving family-marital relations and organized in the registry departments within the frame of project jointly with the civil society institutes.
The questions interesting the listeners were answered and discussions were made in the seminar.
