There was held two-day seminar by the Academy of Justice on the study of Civil Procedural Code for the teachers of Baku State University and officials of the Academy jointly with the German International Cooperation Society (GIZ) on June 24-25 within the framework of the range of training measures realized in cooperation with the international organizations.
Program manager of GIZ Tomas Meyer, speaking at the opening of the training organized within the framework of regional program “Support of legal approach to the European standards in the South Caucasus”, told about effective cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, as well as with the Academy of Justice and about the organization of joint training measures for the judges and other lawyers, and emphasized the importance of the training.
Former main judge of the German Regional Court Tomas Herrmann and associate professor of the Law faculty of Baku State University – GIZ expert Florian Riehl, including member of the Bar Association of our country Elchin Usub spoke in the seminar as trainers.
