The state pays great attention to strengthening the social protection of children in need of special care in our country and organization of their education at a high level. Comprehensive development strategy, led by the President Ilham Aliyev, covers all areas of the country, including children, who are frail layer of our society, are approached with care and concrete steps are taken to address their problems.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation, led by the First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, is making a significant contribution to the steps taken by the Government of Azerbaijan. At the initiative of the Foundation the purposeful works on social protection and rehabilitation of children in need of special care and on creation of modern infrastructure are being carried out.
The Ministry of Justice, through the United Trade Union of the Ministry regularly visits the children in need of special care, holds meetings, organizes charity events and cultural meetings.
Justice officials visited a private school No. 268 in the capital, where they met with the children and were interested in their preoccupations. A musical and entertaining program for children was organized together with the Executive Power of Nasimi District, Baku city. The staff of the Children and Youth Development Centre No. 2 made the students happy. The children were then given presents.
The school's leadership and staff expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Justice for organizing such event for the children who are always on state care.
