The minister of justice of Turkey Abdulhamit Gul, minister of justice of Belarus Oleg Slizhevski, First deputy minister of justice of Georgia Mikheil Sarjveladze, the president of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) Georg Stava visited our country for taking part in the international conference held in the theme of “Centennial development way of Azerbaijan justice” dedicated to the 100thanniversary of Azerbaijan justice.
The quests made speech in the conference and stressed the important role of justice system in legal state, continuous development of Azerbaijan justice and gained achievements, profitability of cooperation between our countries in legal field, exchange of useful practice and expressed their congratulations on the occasion of 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan justice by stating that, the event was held in high level. The president of CEPEJ also noted that, our country is one of the dynamically developed countries among the European countries in the judicial field and our country is on the first rows in the field of establishment of modern court infrastructure, appliance of advanced ICT in court system and increase of electron access in the courts. He stated that, the projects realized in this field are propagandizedas a sample to the other countries, some countries, as well as Austria had used the Azerbaijan’s positive practice.
There were held the meetings of the ministers of justice of Turkey and Belarus, first deputy minister of justice of Georgia and president of CEPEJ with the minister of justice of our country Fikrat Mammadov within the conference.
The guests noted the high level of friendship and effective cooperation relations in the meetings, expressed their satisfaction for development of mutual activity, estimated the gained achievements by showing interest in the reforms held in justice and court system under the leadership of the Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev, emphasized that, our country’s positive practice was a sample for other states.
As well as, there was made exchange of useful ideas and practice about the perspectives of cooperation.
The Public prosecutor of the republic Zakir Garalov and other officials took part in the events.
