The Ministry of Justice pays constant attention to the instructions of the President of the country, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, to provide decent service to the people, to treat their appeals with care and sensitivity.
Because of pandemic conditions, the appeals of citizens are considered electronically, their reception in video format is expanded, and regular video receptions are held by the leadership of the ministry and structural units.
On February 10, Mr. Fikrat Mammadov, the Minister of Justice, received citizens living in the capital and various regions in a video format, listened to their appeals on justice activities, and gave relevant instructions to relevant officials to take the necessary measures to address the issues raised. The organization of the hearing of appeals in video format was welcomed by the citizens.
The Minister also inquired about the care of the family members of the martyrs who attended the reception. Emphasizing that the families of martyrs and veterans are covered by high state care, the citizens thanked the President for the sensitivity and attention to their appeals.
