According to the commissions of the President Ilham Aliyev about rendering worthy services to the people by the state organizations, careful and sensible approach towards the citizens’ addresses, appointment of the citizens in the regions is paid special attention by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the schedule of appointment of the citizens in the cities and regions by the heads of the central executive power authorities, the minister of Justice Fikrat Mammadov received the citizens from Khachmaz, Guba, Gusar and other regions in Khachmaz regional justice department on the 15th of February.
Before the appointment, the minister and the head of the Executive Power of Khachmaz region Shamsaddin Khanbabayev visited the monument of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, put flowers and expressed their deep respect for his dear memory. As well as they became acquainted with the cultural and historical monuments in the region.
During the reception each citizen was listened attentively, part of the problems mentioned in the addresses was solved at place, and other problems were committed to the relative officials of the ministry to be considered by them. The citizens expressed their satisfaction for comfortable and effective conditions made for reception and consideration of the addresses and expressed their gratitude to the President Ilham Aliyev for his attention and care.
During the visit the minister of justice got acquainted with the activity of the local justice and court authorities and met with the young volunteers involved in this field, as well as with justice officials and judges.
The Minister speaking in the conference stressed all-round development of our republic, as well as social and economic progress of the regions under the leadership of the President Ilham Aliyev, told about the totals of the last year’s activity of the ministry and gave recommendations and commitments for improvement of works under the requirements of the head of state, effective organization of works by appliance of innovative methods, large agitation of voluntary institution in the field of justice, as well as increase of citizens satisfaction, compliance with ethic rules of conduct, without making conditions for corruption. And noted that, there are important duties over the ministry for execution of the “State Program for development of Azerbaijan Justice in 2019-2023 years” approved by the Order of the President on December 18, 2018.
It was stressed that, new laws about solid amendments to the Civil Procedural Code and the Law “About courts and judges” of the Republic of Azerbaijan passed on December 28, 2018 by the legislative initiative of the head of state will serve for improvement of judicial activity, increase of quality and efficiency of the works, decrease of work weight, enlargement of “electron court” system appliance and more operative consideration of works and also it was noted that, it is important to learn deeply and to apply duly new provisions of legislation.
