One of the most important tasks that President Ilham Aliyev has set before the state authorities is to always keep in focus the citizens’ appointment in the regions and to approach sensitively towards their appeals. In this regard, according to the instruction of the Head of State, regular reception of citizens in cities and regions are held by the heads and deputy heads of central executive bodies.
On February 4, Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan Toghrul Musayev received the citizens of the district and surrounding areas in Gobustan.
Before the reception, a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev, erected in the center of Gobustan, was visited, flowers were laid in front of him and his dear memory was commemorated.
At the next meeting of the Vice-Minister, the citizens' appeals regarding judicial activities were reviewed and the relevant officials of the Ministry were instructed to carry out operational investigations and take appropriate actions against the raised issues.
During the visit, he was familiarized with the activities and working conditions of Gobustan regional executive and probation offices, registration offices, public notary office, as well as with the organization of citizens' reception in these institutions, and he also visited the district court.
Vice-Minister, at a conference on the results of socio-economic development of our republic held by the head of state on February 3, highlighting the tasks given on ensuring transparency, eliminating abuse and arbitrariness, providing decent services to people, stressed that ethical rules of conduct are complied with and the citizens’ appeals are approached carefully. He emphasized the importance of involving young volunteers in the field of justice services provided to the public as part of the 2020 Year of Volunteers.
