The Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions to enhance citizen satisfaction, ensure accessibility to justice bodies, and provide prompt and on-site consideration of appeals from citizens residing in the regions.
On September 24, Deputy Minister of Justice Abiddin Huseynov held a video reception, organized by the Ministry’s Department for Document Management and Citizens’ Appeals and regional justice departments, for residents of the districts falling within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the Barda Regional Justice Department.
During the video reception held through virtual reception offices, the appeals of four citizens concerning the areas of activity of the Ministry’s Main Department for Notary, Registration and Registry and Main Medical Department were heard. The citizens were provided with detailed explanations of the requirements of the legislation, and the appeals submitted during the reception were taken under control for necessary action.
