The Ministry of Justice regularly holds video receptions with the aim of increasing citizen satisfaction, ensuring accessibility to justice institutions, and providing prompt and on-site consideration of appeals from citizens residing in the regions.
On September 29, a video reception was held by Deputy Minister of Justice Mubaris Ahmadov, organized by the Ministry’s Department for Document Management and Citizens’ Appeals and the Regional Justice Departments, for residents of the districts within the jurisdiction of the Shamkir, Khachmaz, Imishli, Ganja and Lankaran Regional Justice Departments, as well as the Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
During the video reception conducted through virtual reception offices, appeals from 9 citizens concerning the areas of activity of the Enforcement Service, the General Department for Work with Municipalities and the Investigation Department were heard. The relevant legislative provisions were explained to the citizens in detail, and the appeals submitted during the reception were taken under control to ensure the necessary measures.
Citizens residing in the regions may apply for participation in video receptions by contacting qebul@justice.gov.az or the Regional Justice Departments of the Ministry.
