The Ministry of Justice regularly holds video receptions with the aim of increasing citizen satisfaction, ensuring accessibility to justice institutions, and providing prompt and on-site consideration of appeals from citizens residing in the regions.
On September 30, a video reception was held by Deputy Minister of Justice and Head of the Penitentiary Service Mirsaleh Seyidov, organized by the Ministry’s Department for Document Management and Citizens’ Appeals together with the Regional Justice Departments of Imishli, Goychay, Shaki, Sumgayit, Barda, Shirvan, Ganja, Shamkir and Lankaran, for residents of the districts within the jurisdictions of these institutions.
During the video reception, the appeals of 28 citizens who had applied to participate in the reception regarding penitentiary matters were heard. The citizens were provided with detailed explanations of the relevant legislative requirements, and the appeals submitted during the reception were taken under control to ensure the necessary measures were taken.
Citizens residing in the regions may apply to participate in video receptions by contacting qebul@justice.gov.az or applying to the Ministry’s Regional Justice Departments.
