The Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions to enhance citizen satisfaction, ensure accessibility to justice bodies, and provide prompt and on-site consideration of applications submitted by residents of the regions.
On 27 October, Deputy Minister of Justice Mübariz Ahmadov held a video reception for residents of the territories under the jurisdiction of the Sheki, Imishli, Ganja, Shamkir, Goychay, Barda, Khachmaz and Lankaran Regional Justice Departments. The event was organized by the Ministry’s Department for Document Management and Citizens’ Appeals, in cooperation with the regional justice departments.
During the video reception, held through virtual reception points, 12 citizens’ appeals concerning the activities of the Enforcement Service, the Main Department for Work with Municipalities and the Main Department for Supervision of the Execution of Sentences were heard. Citizens were provided with detailed explanations of the relevant legal requirements, and the appeals submitted during the reception were taken under supervision to ensure that the necessary measures are taken.
