The Ministry of Justice regularly organises video receptions to enhance citizen satisfaction, ensure accessibility to justice authorities, and provide prompt and on-site consideration of applications from residents of the regions.
On 29 October, Deputy Minister of Justice Abiddin Huseynov held a video reception for residents of Sumgait, Barda, Shamkir and Ganja regional justice departments and the districts within their respective jurisdictions. The event was organised by the Ministry’s Department for Document Management and Citizens’ Appeals in cooperation with the regional justice departments.
During the video reception, conducted through virtual reception points, six citizens’ appeals concerning the areas of responsibility of the Ministry’s Main Department for Notary Services, Registration and Registers, Main Medical Department, Human Resources Department and Forensic Examination Centre were heard. Citizens were provided with detailed explanations of the relevant legislative requirements, and the appeals submitted during the reception were taken under control to ensure that the necessary measures are taken.
