The Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions with the aim of increasing citizen satisfaction, ensuring accessibility to judicial bodies, and ensuring prompt and on-site examination of appeals from citizens living in the regions.
On June 25, organized by the Department for Document Management and Work with Citizens’ Applications and Regional justice departments, Deputy Minister of Justice Abiddin Huseynov held the video reception for residents of districts under the jurisdiction of the Imishli, Barda, Lankaran, Shamkir and Ganja regional justice departments.
During the video reception held through virtual reception points, appeals of 8 citizens related to the activities of the Department General for Notary, Registration and Register, Main Medical Department, Department for Human Resources were heard; citizens were provided with detailed explanations of legal requirements, and appeals submitted during the reception were placed under control for taking necessary measures.
Citizens living in the regions can register for participation in video receptions by applying to the email address qebul@justice.gov.az or to the regional justice departments of the Ministry.
