One of the most important tasks that President Ilham Aliyev has set before the state authorities is to always keep in focus the citizens’ appointment in the regions and to approach sensitively towards their appeals. In this regard, according to the instruction of the Head of State, regular reception of citizens in cities and regions are held by the heads and deputy heads of central executive bodies.

On March 6, Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vilayat Zahirov received the citizens from Yevlakh, Aghdash and Goranboy regions in Yevlakh.

Before the reception, a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev, erected in the center of Yevlakh, was visited, flowers were laid in front of him and his dear memory was commemorated.

At the next meeting of the Vice-Minister, the citizens' appeals regarding judicial activities were reviewed, each citizen was listened attentively, part of the raised problems was solved at place. Relevant tasks were committed to the officials of the ministry on other appeals, as well as appeals to be solved by other structures were sent on reference.

During the visit, he was familiarized with the activity and working conditions of organizations in Yevlakh region, as well as with the organization of citizens' reception in these institutions, and he also visited the district court.

Vice-Minister, at a conference on the results of socio-economic development of our republic held by the head of state on February 3, highlighting the tasks given on ensuring transparency, eliminating abuse and arbitrariness, providing decent services to people, stressed that ethical rules of conduct are complied with and the citizens’ appeals are approached carefully. He emphasized the importance of involving young volunteers in the field of justice services provided to the public as part of the 2020 Year of Volunteers.
