In a continued effort to boost citizen satisfaction, ensure greater accessibility to justice institutions, and promptly address appeals from residents in the regions on-site, the Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions.
Throughout August, with the organization of the Ministry’s Department for Document Management and Work with Citizens’ Applications and regional justice departments, video receptions were held by the leadership of the Ministry’s Forensic Science Center, Enforcement Service, Department General for Notary, Registration and Registry, Department General for Work with Municipalities, Department for Human Resources, and Medical Department General. The receptions were organized for residents of the districts within the jurisdictions of the Khachmaz, Shaki, Shirvan, Ganja, Shamkir, Barda, Lankaran, Goychay, Imishli and Sumgayit regional justice departments, as well as in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for residents of the districts under its jurisdiction.
During the video receptions, applications from 71 citizens concerning various areas of the Ministry’s activities were heard. Citizens were provided with detailed explanations of the requirements of the legislation, and the appeals submitted during the sessions were taken under control for necessary action.
Residents living in the regions can register to participate in the video receptions by contacting the email address qebul@justice.gov.az or by applying to the Ministry’s regional justice departments.
