With the aim of increasing citizen satisfaction, ensuring accessibility to justice bodies, and providing prompt and direct consideration of applications from citizens living in the regions, the Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions.
During September, video receptions were held for residents of the districts within the jurisdictions of the Khachmaz, Sheki, Shirvan, Ganja, Shamkir, Barda, Lankaran, Goychay, Imishli and Sumgayit regional justice departments, as well as the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Ministry of Justice. The receptions were organized by the Ministry’s Document Management and Citizens’ Appeals Department and regional justice departments, with the participation of the heads of the Ministry’s Main Department for Notary, Registration and Registry, Main Medical Department, Main Department for Oversight of the Execution of Penalties, Main Department for Work with Municipalities, Center for Forensic Examination, Human Resources Department and Enforcement Service.
During the video receptions, the appeals of 83 citizens concerning the Ministry’s areas of activity were heard. Citizens were provided with detailed explanations of the relevant legislative requirements, and the applications submitted during the receptions were placed under control for the necessary measures to be taken.
