There was adopted new laws intending solid amendments to the Civil Procedural Code and the Law “About courts and judges” of the Republic of Azerbaijan on
December 28, 2018 by the legislative initiative of the head of state within the frame of measures realized with relate to increase of efficiency of justice judgement.
Progressive amendments made to the legislation having exclusive importance in improvement of judicial activity, increase of quality and efficiency of the works, decrease of work weight and enlargement of “electron court” system appliance will serve for raising transparency and clarity in the courts, more operative consideration of works and provision of citizens’ rights.
All matters with relate to execution of new legislation were urgently discussed in the conference held under presiding of the minister of justice Fikrat Mammadov.
It was defined to hold a range of trainings and legal enlightening measures in the capital and regions of the republic by presence of trainer-judges of supreme and appeal courts together with the Justice Academy for the purpose of provision of forthcoming duties, timely and true execution of new provisions of legislation. At the same time, there were given commissions with relate to compliance of standard legal acts with new legislation and improvement of documents regulating judicial activity.
As well as, the working group established with relate to this matter was committed to prepare special measures plan in connection with execution of forthcoming duties.
