The Competition Commission of the Ministry of Justice informs that the collection and verification of documents submitted by candidates who successfully passed the test examination held on 7 May 2026 for admission to service in justice bodies has been completed, and it has been decided to commence the second stage of the competition.
Interviews with candidates who meet the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Service in Justice Bodies” will commence on 19 October 2026.
The interviews will be conducted individually at the administrative building of the Ministry (address: 1 Inshaatchilar Avenue, Baku), and each candidate will be informed in advance of the date and time of their interview.
In accordance with the legislation, lawyers who successfully pass the competition will undergo mandatory training at the Justice Academy of the Ministry of Justice in order to be admitted to professional practice. Candidates who successfully pass the examination upon completion of the training will be admitted to service.
