The Competition Commission of the Ministry of Justice states that consistent and purposeful measures are being taken to strengthen the staff of the ministry with a new generation of specialists, to form them as worthy justice workers, to effectively use their knowledge, skills and potential.
In accordance with the state youth policy, regular competitions are held with the participation of civil society representatives in an open environment for the recruitment of young lawyers to the judiciary.
Within the framework of these events, there was held an independent interview in the second stage with 80 candidates who successfully passed the test for the next competition announced to fill the vacancies in the executive and probation offices of the Ministry located in the regions, as well as in the registration offices (except Baku and Sumgayit cities, Absheron region) with trained lawyers.
At this stage, which was also attended by representatives of non-governmental organizations, 52 people scored the necessary passing points, and the Competition Commission decided to involve them in compulsory training at the Academy of Justice from July 14 on the basis of a special program.
According to the results of this training, lawyers who successfully pass the exam will be issued a certificate of admission to professional activities and will be recruited to the justice authorities.
