The instructions of Mr. Ilham Aliyev the President of the country on rendering decent services for people by state organizations, approaching the citizens’ appeals with care and sensitivity are always kept front and centre by the Ministry of Justice.
On the eve of celebration the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan justice a new service center began to work in the field of justice where citizens apply more, as the same time, in the administrative building where the structures providing services related to the registration and notarial activity are located.
Fikrat Mammadov the Minister of Justice has become familiar with the newest information communication technologies meeting the modern requirements, mentioned the significant importance of rendering the citizens more comfortable, remote, video services applying widely the modern technologies to the changes made in the law on notary in the eve of anniversary, he has given the proper instructions related to the more effective organization of services rendering to the population and citizen satisfaction.
During the acquaintance it was informed that, the favorable conditions have been created for the citizens in the center, as well as, the electronic board has been installed with the purpose of facilitation in getting information on services rendering to the population and it gives the citizens an opportunity to get information on activity of the concerned organizations, to draw up applications and to print them. At the same time, the electron turn system, “video-reception” has been organized.
The population is rendered services in the fields of notary actions, registration of civil status acts and non-commercial legal entities, putting apostille stamp, getting copy of the documents from the notary archive, realization of accounting of press publications.
At the same time, all kinds of conditions have been formed for ensuring the comfortableness of the citizens in the center, as well as, for the free movement of the disabled persons in the center, the necessary equipment has been installed with the purpose of efficient organization of reception work, for the safety precautions. The different videos on justice services, as well as, on history and activity of justice are demonstrated in the waiting hall with the purpose of citizens’ enlightenment.
New center opened by the Ministry of Justice celebrating its 100th anniversary operates for rendering high services for people, the simplification their access to justice bodies and increasing the transparence.
